If you can make it or know someone who can, Spiceworld London ( http://www.spiceworld2009.com/london/ ) will be a great event to learn more about Spiceworks and meet up with some people.

It will also be the first place to get 4.5 training.

It will hopefully also been streamed so you maybe able to watch it where ever you are in the world.

There will be memebers of the Spiceworks team as well as lots of members of the community.

It will be a great day followed by hopefully a great afterparty.

Thanks, Paul! Unfortunately, I've been slacking off pretty hard on the running for the last few weeks - mostly because I've been working a bunch of overtime, so I don't get home until 9pm on most days. Work will die down soon and I'll lace up my sneakers again - I promise!

Hi Mike,

it is great to see you are working to a 10K now. I really like reading about your runs. I just came back from holiday so I will be starting running again.

Keep it up!

People go nuts trying to understand life and existence. It is a dangerous territory.

There are so many theories and contradictions. It's crazy.

Sorry, preacher - don't take much stock in that thar book of yours. The answers contained within are simple and easy... neither of which have ever yielded anything of merit in this world.
